Fairy tales have never been more fractured than in our next play, "Never After Happily".
This comedy centers around Ella, a writer who has seized the reigns of our most beloved fairy tales. She's writing what happens AFTER the endings, where reality collides with fantasy in very messy ways.
Now, a middle-aged Cinderella and the entire kingdom are rocked as these aging ingenues and neurotic princes try to deal with life after that perfect moment.
Part farce, part vaudeville, part SNL, a little Rocky Horror and a totally wild ride that no one imagined after "happily ever after"!
Roles available for a cast of 15+, ages 16 and up. Some performers may play multiple roles. Those auditioning should be comfortable with improvisation and be prepared for cold readings from the script.
Show dates are April 23-26 and 30-May 3
